The Information Technology Division publishes printed and online resources to assist and inform MTSU students, faculty, and staff. The printed versions of ITD's publications are available at the Information Technology Division in Cope Administration Building, Room 003. The Communicator The faculty and staff newsletter, the Communicator, presents news and features about information technology on the MTSU campus. ITD publishes five issues of the Communicator per year. Technology Xpress The on-line student newsletter, Technology Xpress, features technology-related items of particular interest to students. Workshop materials Training materials from ITD workshops are available on-line. These handouts cover the basic uses of a variety of software applications and interfaces including word processing, spreadsheet, database, statistical, presentation, and authoring programs. Information Technology Handbook The IT Handbook for Faculty & Staff and for Students has the information you need to get started with your frank account and other information technologies at MTSU. Technology & You Technology & You at MTSU briefly outlines the various technology-related services available to students. Printed Technology & You brochures are given to new students every summer during orientation and are also available at the Information Technology Division in Cope Administration Building, Room 003. |
