  • He was born on January 13, 1931 in the Bronx, New York
  • His stage work includes “Hello, Dolly!” (1964), “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” (1962), and “Save it for the Stage: The Life of Reilly” (2002-current)
  • His television work includes starring roles in “The Ghost & Mrs. Muir” (1968-1970), “Lidsville” (1971-1973), and “Match Game” (1973-1982 & 1990-1991). He has guest starred on such shows as “Here’s Lucy”, “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In”, “Tattletales”, “The Love Boat”, “Designing Women”, “The X-Files”, “Family Matters”, “The Larry Sanders Show”, “Millennium”, and “The Drew Cary Show.”
  • His voice can be heard in such movies as “Charlotte’s Web” (1973), “All Dogs Go to Heaven” (1989), and the great Elvis-as-foul film, “Rock-A-Doodle” (1991).
  • He first met “Match Game” host Gene Rayburn when he was his understudy in the musical “Bye-Bye Birdie.”
