Lap Swimming
Monday - Friday (Pool Hours): 6:15 - 8:30am, 11:30am - 2:00pm, 4:00 - 8:00pm
Two lanes are provided for lap swimming during other activities as space permits. Training equipment such as kickboards, pull buoys, hand paddles, bar buoys, and buoy belts are provided for your water activities

Fee: $3 per class; punch pass available for each monthly session/$24
Body fat is lost faster with water-based exercise than land-based exercise, so jump in and have some fun!
Participants work with the training principles of Frequency, Intensity and Time (FIT) to dance exercise and core exercise.
