Personal training is for those who want personalized attention.
Fitness counseling is for anyone who needs assistance setting up an exercise or wellness program.
Fitness Education Class: This class covers important fitness topics such as weight training, how to achieve individual goals, and nutrition and nutritional supplements. The 60 minute class is held in the aerobics room and includes a question and answer session at the end. Classes are open to students, faculty, and staff at no charge.
