Come and participate in any of our aerobics classes. All aerobics classes are $1. An aerobics punch card can be purchased for $20 (30 visits).

Fitness Classes
All classes are $1 and Punch Passes for 30 classes are $20, unless specified in the description.
Abs: 30 minutes of ab sculpting using a variety of moves and strength styles
Abs & Tone: This class will sculpt your abs, arms, and legs.
Arms : This class will target your upper body with new exercises and equipment
Bellydance: Learn these dance moves step by step for a fun cardio and lower body sculpting class!
Boot Camp: This is a 6-week program you must register for in the Campus Recreation Office.
Butts & Guts: Strengthen your core and lower body with this mat class for all levels of fitness.
Fencing Club: MTSU Sports Club. Dues are decided upon by the club. Call 898.2104 for more information.
Fluid Fusion: Combining basic ballet technique with standing Pilates this class is designed for anyone who wants strong, long, and lean muscles. No dance experience necessary.
Hoop Jam: Shake up your workout routine with this new cardio class incorporating a hula hoop!
Hip Hop : This class will teach you a great dance routine while giving you an even better workout
Kick, Punch, & Crunch: This easy to follow kickboxing class will make use of your entire body and make you break a sweat!

Mat Pilates: Strengthen your body while long and lean muscles. This class is designed for the beginner to the more advanced Pilates student. No equipment necessary.
Spin & Abs: A class based around intervals of fast-cardio spin and deep ab work.
Spin & Sculpt : A class based around intervals of fast-cardio spin and strength work.
Step & Sculpt: A great old-school step aerobics class created to get your heart racing and body moving!
Striptease Aerobics: No Shoes, No Poles, All Clothes Required! A combination of belly dancing, hip hop, and classic burlesque moves results in this heart pounding good time.

Ultimate Sculpt: Quickly strengthen your entire body with moves that target more than one muscle group at a time.
Yoga: Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue by uniting your Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Zumba: Mix it up in this non-stop cardio dance class with Latin beats. The choreography training is a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
X-Fit: Make the most of your workout by interweaving short cardio and strength intervals.
