Fitness and Wellness at Campus Recreation offers a variety of programs to provide everyone the opportunity to get healthy regardless of your current level of fitness. An expanded weight room includes almost 10,000 sq. ft. of weight equipment. A new cardiovascular room includes different types of selectorized equipment. Fitness classes are offered Monday through Saturday in the dance aerobic rooms. Orientations and fitness testing are available, as well as personal training, fitness and nutritional coaching.
