Although not all geologists necessarily love the great outdoors, it is a common enough trait among most of us. I'm among the majority on this one (rare for me it seems), as I love being outdoors above all else.

My favorite outdoor activities include:

Scuba diving/Free diving/Snorkeling

"Sit on top" kayaking

Swimming

Photography, including underwater snapshots

Underwater videography

Rock collecting (big surprise -- right?)

Star gazing

Sight-seeing

While indoors I spend most of my leisure time reading. My interests include:
