Use the following questions as a basis for interviewing someone who grew up or has lived on a farm.


What is your name?

Where was the farm you lived on?
Did it have a name?

What were some of the crops and types of livestock that were grown on the farm?

What kind of chores or work did you do?

What did you like best about living on a farm?

What did you dislike about living on a farm?

What were some of the buildings on your farm?

How old were they? What were they used for?

Can you tell me a story about growing up on a farm?
