For New Student Dear Chinese Students/Scholars: First, the Chinese Student & Scholar Association (CSSA) at the Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) would like to congratulate you for being admitted by MTSU. As a volunteer on-campus organization for Chinese students and scholars, CSSA would like to assist you from the day you receive your I-20. Just like each one of us had experienced, there might be many surprises and some confusion when you come to a new place.
