Student Involvement

STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION

  • The Student Government is located in the Keathley University Center, room 208.
  • The Student Government Association is the voice of more than 23,000 students attending MTSU.
  • The SGA has student representation on University Committees concerning issues of every facet of student life.
  • It has a uni-cameral legislature appeals system that works to facilitate the only venue for students to voice their case on parking tickets.
  • SGA is responsible for organizing Homecoming activities.
  • But quite simply the best definition for the SGA is what you make of it. The door for you to be involved in Student Government will never be closed.

A link to more information about the Student Government Association will be available at the end of the Pre-CUSTOMS program.
