6010 Cultural Studies in Communication

As you might imagine, there are a great variety of websites which might be of interest to those of us who study culture and communication. During the semester I'll be referring to some of these sites in our homework assignments. Here are three sites that include good lists of other useful sites.

Cultural Studies Resources--a site put up by the University of Iowa's Department of Communication Studies

Cultural Studies Central--a site produced by Robin Markowitz and associated with culturalstudies.net, a discussion list devoted to all things cultural studies.

CCMS-Communication, Cultural and Media Studies--a database of key individuals, terms and traditions associated with cultural studies. An excellent resource!
