Monohan Complex (comprised of Monohan, Reynolds and Schardt Halls) is part of the row of historic residence halls that border Tennessee Boulevard. Included in the Monohan Complex are Monohan, Reynolds, and Schardt halls. Located on the extreme west side of campus, this three story complex provides a haven away from the bustling activities of the rest of the campus.

Monohan Complex is located next to Lyon Complex and across from Cope Administration Building. It is also convenient to Peck Hall and the James Union Building which houses the Scheduling Center, the June Anderson Women's Center, Taco Bell, Subway, and one of the main cafeterias for campus.

A typical room in Monohan, Reynolds and Schardt Halls includes:

  • two twin beds
  • two dressers
  • two desks or a double desk
  • two chairs
  • two closets with overhead cabinets
  • a vanity
  • lighted mirror above vanity
  • phone jack
  • basic cable
  • internet connections

Services for all residents of the Monohan Complex are centrally located in Monohan Hall. The staff at the 24-hour reception desk assist with information, package delivery, and guest registration. The Monohan lobby has a color television, house phone, and comfortable seating for visitors. Monohan Hall also has a small kitchen in its lobby, and offers a study room on the second floor. Monohan Hall residents may easily access the 24-hour computer lab located in the basement of nearby Lyon Hall.
