Womack Lane Apartments consists of 192 one- and two-bedroom apartments, in a community designed for both single students and families. Single students share a furnished one- or two-bedroom apartment with one other student; graduate students and upper-class students are given preference in assignment. Families may occupy either one- or two-bedroom apartments and may select unfurnished or furnished apartments.

A typical furnished unit is limited and restricted to location. Each is equipped as follows:

• kitchen: refrigerator and stove
• living room: sofa, chair, air conditioner, and end table
• dining area: table with chairs
• bedroom: two bunked beds, one chest of drawers, and closet
• internet connections

Each living room will have one voice telephone line and a cable television hookup; all will be activated.

Storage is limited to interior closets, including one closet in each bedroom and a pantry in the dining area.

Unfurnished apartments are provided with a 22-volt electrical outlet and access panel for the installation of a personal air conditioner in the living room. Electrical heating wall units are located in all apartments.

One parking space per each bed is available at or nearby the apartments. Parking in the complex is currently reserved for residents of Womack Lane Apartments only; however, Womack Lane residents will not have open access to other parking in other lots on campus. The Raider Xpress bus service will pick up near the apartment complex.
