| Gail is director of both the Media Library and Channel 9, ERC@MT, the Education Resource Channel at MTSU.
As Director of Instructional Media Resources Gail works with faculty, Instructional Media Resources’ staff, and other campus personnel to enhance the media library’s support of curriculum objectives, classroom instruction, and independent learning. She develops and implements budgets for the Media Library and ERC @ MT and seeks public and / or private funding as needed. Gail works with the Dean of Walker Library and other University Library directors to accomplish common library goals
As Manager of The Education Resource Channel@Middle Tennessee (ERC@MT), . As the station manager for the Education Resource Channel @ Middle Tennessee (ERC @ MT), one of MTSU’s education access channels, she secures licenses and contracts to bring educational programming to the channel. She is also MTSU’s representative to the Tennessee Board of Regents Media Consortium. In that capacity she works with other TBR institutional representatives to promote policies and contracts that allow all TBR institutions to realize savings when purchasing media library resources and telecourse licenses.
