The Media Library will make temporary off-air recordings of broadcast programs for educational purposes.

The recordings will remain the property of the Media Library and will be deleted after a certain number of days as directed by the copyright law.

Off-air recordings may not be played over the MTSU campus cable system without written permission of the copyright holder.
