Jean Reese

Jean began working in the Media Library in August of 2003 and is another of the friendly and helpful staff. As Coordinator, Collection Development, Jean is responsible for evaluating, selecting and acquiring, materials for the Media Library as well as coordinating the preview requests from faculty and staff. As well, Jean creates bibliographies of Media Library resources for faculty and their classes. She also designs and creates Web pages for the Media Library web site as well as the Education Resource Channel Web site.

She received her B.A. in Spanish from Furman University; M.A. in Spanish from the University of Georgia and an M.L.S. from Vanderbilt University.

Prior to coming to MTSU, Jean was a librarian in the Peabody Library at Vanderbilt University.
