Call for Participation
Come to the seventh annual Mid-South Instructional Technology Conference,
April 7-9, 2002, and join colleagues from across the nation to share experiences
and expertise in instructional technology. The 2001 conference attracted
more than 400 faculty and administrators from 27 states who enjoyed the
conference's informative and motivating sessions, as well as the convenient
location, affordable cost, and friendly conference staff.

Submission Instructions
All information below will be entered through an online
form. The proposal submitter will need to enter the contact information
for each participant. If you have any questions, contact itconf@mtsu.edu:
- Name, affiliation, and complete contact information for each participant
- Type of session:
- Lecture/Presentationpresenter shares information about the
session topic with participants.
- Panel Discussionmoderator leads the participants through
a discussion related to the session topic.
- Hands-on Workshopparticipants work interactively with hardware
or software.
- Title of proposed session
- Preferred track
- Abstract (approx. 75 words, for publication in conference materials)
- Description (250-500 words)
- Audience (general, faculty, instructional technology specialists,
deans/provosts, librarians, lab directors)
- Audience level (beginning, intermediate, advanced, all)
- On-site equipment requirements
- Length: All presentations and panel discussions will be allotted one
hour;
all hands-on workshops will be allotted two hours.
