			Call for Participation Come to the 8th annual Mid-South Instructional Technology Conference, March 30-April 1, 2003, and join colleagues from across the nation to share experiences and expertise in instructional technology. The 2002 conference attracted more than 400 faculty and administrators from 25 states who enjoyed the conference's informative and motivating sessions, as well as the convenient location, affordable cost, and friendly conference staff. Send us your proposal for a presentation, panel discussion, or workshop. Deadline for Proposals is October 25, 2002 Submission Instructions Track Sessions Track sessions and topics: Track 1 - Effective Technology Based Learning Environments Instructional Design and Pedagogy Redefining Instructors' and Students' Roles Collaborative Learning Communities Assessment and Evaluation Track 2 - Innovation and Future Implementation in Instructional Technology Faculty Innovations On the Horizon Track 3 - Shaping a Transformative Learning Environment Leadership Issues in Information Technology Infrastructure Demands Supporting Faculty and Students Support Resources Track 4 - Policies, Standards, and Issues Intellectual Property Academic Integrity Copyright Privacy Accessibility Legal/Ethics Submission Instructions The following information must be included and formatted in the order below. Email your proposal as an ASCII text file attachment to itconf@mtsu.edu no later than October 25, 2002. Name, affiliation, and complete contact information for each participant Type of session: Lecture/Presentation—presenter shares information about the session topic with participants. Panel Discussion—moderator leads the participants through a discussion related to the session topic. Hands-on Workshop—participants work interactively with hardware or software.
