Using Dreamweaver MX to Create Interactive Instruction for Beginners

By: Jim Formosa
Track 1 - Effective Technology Based Learning Environments
Interest: Faculty :: Workshop :: Level: Intermediate

Abstract

One of the most difficult areas for most faculty is the creation of interactive instruction. Using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX makes this task much easier. In this session participants will be given the opportunity to create some examples of interactive instruction using both JavaScript and Dreamweaver behaviors. Participants do not need to know anything either JavaScript or Dreamweaver behaviors. A familiarity with Dreamweaver is highly recommended for this session. Participants will be given CDs containing prewritten code, which makes it relatively easy to cut and paste rather than requiring the creation of code from scratch.
