Important Dates and Deadlines

For your convenience, we have provided the following summary of important conference dates and deadlines:

• Proposal deadline: October 31, 2003
• Acceptance decisions made by: December 1, 2003
• Hotel reservations (made directly through the hotel): March 4, 2004
• Early Bird discount registration and $95 payment: due by March 19
• Pre-conference workshop registration and $50 payment: due by March 19 (no pre-conference workshop registrations will be accepted after March 19, 2004)
• Regular registration and $110 payment: March 20-April 2
• Late and on-site registration: $150 (all registrations and payments received
  after April 2, 2004)
