Important Dates and Deadlines

For your convenience, we have provided the following summary of important conference dates and deadlines:

• Hotel reservations
  (made directly through the hotel): March 3, 2006
• Early Bird Discount Registration and $125 payment: due by March 17
• Registration fee after March 17, 2006: $150
• Cancellation/Refund Policy
  All cancellations must be sumitted in writing to the address below.  Cancellations postmarked by March 17, 2006 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made after March 17.
