Important Dates and Deadlines

For your convenience, we have provided the following summary of important conference dates and deadlines:

***Early bird discount and pre-conference workshop registration has been extended through Friday, March 23, 2007.****

• Proposal Submission - October 27, 2006
• Hotel reservations
  (made directly through the hotel): March 9, 2007
• Early Bird Discount Registration and $125 payment: due by March 9
• Registration fee after March 9, 2007: $150
• Cancellation/Refund Policy
  All cancellations must be sumitted in writing to the address below.  Cancellations postmarked by March 9, 2007 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made after March 9.
