Abstract: This presentation involves a three level staff development process important to developing effective teacher users, both in the public schools, and college classrooms. The first emphasis involves creasing a framework using of a student [learning] orientation questionnaire and a triad model of technology training that is self-perpetuating. Second, a three level user model is proposed that includes Technology Assistant, Technology Teacher, and Technology Leader as the staff development focus. The model is simple and effective.
