(Has been teaching in Canada since 1985)
Location: Canadian Legion Hall
330 Kent Street, Ottawa
Dates: March 28 & 29 (Sat. & Sun.)
9:00a.m.- 5:00 p.m. each day
Workshop contents:
1. Basic yin yang circles and exercises
2. First section of the first form (Yilu)
3. Applications of moves in the first section
4. Basic push-hand drills
5. General discussion and question/answer session
Recognition & training materials:
At the end of the workshop each participant will receive a certificate
and instruction materials, which will include a VHS tape showing the basic
exercises, first 21 moves of the first form, and basic push-hand techniques.
Fees: C$70 p/day or C$120 for both days
