Dou Jing is the power released through total relax to sudden tighten in the Chan-si
process, it looks like shaking the whole body, but the intent is at the tip of the
movement, i.e. if it is a punch, the tip is the fist, if it is an elbow attack, the tip is the
elbow. Dou Jing is practised through the form as well as using the Taiji Staff.
