Since you are serious, I will give you a serious reply (see me take a serious face).
Messing around with your internal Zhang Fu organs is not advised and is especially not a good idea for a beginner. Doing this, at the very least will lead you down an unproductive path and waste your time. At its mostlikely, it will end up causing damage to your Zhang Fu organs and their Qi.
The absolute worst place to start would be the Kidneys. Kidney function in Chinese medicine is responsible for growth, maturation, a lot of the stabilization of the body, that type of thing. Messing with the kidney Qi can and probably will throw your body completely out of balance and end up causing long term problems.

Not to insult your teacher, but I would question any teacher who advises messing with the internal Zhang Fu organ systems to a beginner, who gives limited guidance in this area, and who is not highly trained at an accredited college of traditional Chinese Medicine (such as the Beijing College of Chinese Medicine, the Shanghai College of Chinese Medicine, and os forth). The risk of long term adverse health effects in what you are touching upon is great.

Try going back to the beginning and learn how to first quiet your inner self and how to quit looking for results. Striving for sensations is one of the first pitfalls in Qi development. Pursuing effects of Qi is not developing a calm mind or a smooth flow of Qi. That should be your first goal.

: I realize no one took me seriously however my sifu says I should keep trying to get in touch with my other half of my body. He means the inside. He also says that moving your organs with your mind is very healthy. Does anyone know which organs are the least important. I guess since you have two kidneys that would be a good place to start.
