BLY 2010 is the first half of a two course sequence on the structure and function of the healthy human body. This course provides students with a basic knowledge of cellular biology, histology, morphology and physiology of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems. The course emphasizes the importance of structural design and organization in determining function as well as the regulatory role of the nervous system. The course is designed primarily for students preparing for a career in health related professions.
