In the photo, I am focusing on the pedestrians, the bicycles, and cars. These are examples of how transportation has evolved in the world, from prehistoric times to the Industrial Age.

In this picture, I will focus on how waves are received in today’s technological age. The picture of the satellite dish will be an example of how these waves are transmitted and received.

For a Creative Writing exercise the students will be shown the picture of the fire hydrant. Afterwards, the picture will be removed and the students will write about what they saw without being able to say exactly what it is.

The picture is a crop of corn. My lesson will be on the development of what we consider civilization. One of the characteristics of civilization was the planting of crops.
