This is Flash movie profiling outstanding students, faculty and staff in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.

The MT Abroad office is excited about sending your son or daughter abroad for the experience of a lifetime! However, we understand that parents often have mixed feelings; on one hand, you a proud to see your children growing up and gaining valuable college, life and world experiences, but on the other hand you are concerned about safety, financial aid and credit transfers. We have developed this page to share with you what you are to expect out of your son or daughter's experience to a foreign country from start to finish.

How wonderful it is to have parents as interested in their children's lives as you! We are happy to hear that you are becoming involved in their program, as it will be an invaluable experience on all levels worth many times more than a normal semester in the US. However, we do want to stress the importance of the student's role in the exchange. While we are pleased to see that you as the parent show interest, please encourage your son or daughter to take the initiative in contacting the MT Abroad office for all information and assistance through the application process and program abroad. Feel free, however, to contact us by phone at 615-494-7638, 615-898-5179 or by email should any emergency arise while the student is overseas.
