Gen X, Gen Y, and What the Heck is a Millennial?: How to be an Effec-tive Leader no Matter What the Generation, BAS S130A, 4pm (FREE) Join Amanda Samsel as she helps you learn how to connect with older employees, younger employees, and people just like you.

Leadership Recruitment Fair, KUC 10am—2pm Ever wonder how you obtain those top ranked leadership positions on campus? Stop by the recruitment fair and learn how you can apply for various leadership positions on campus. Lessons for Leaders with Beverly L. Watts , Leading in Difficult Times, KUC 318, 1pm (FREE) Executive Director Watts - TN HumanRights Commission will be interacting with students on various topics to include safety, financial,
economics, global,community involvement while in the university setting.

Town Hall Meeting with President McPhee, KUC Theater, 4pm (FREE) Ever wonder what it is like to lead during challenging times? Curious to how budget cuts will effect your University? Join our President of MTSU, in a town hall meeting to hear his thoughts and ask questions.

Family Feud, BAS S102, 6:30pm—10pm You have seen it on tv and now you can play it here on campus. Leadership Family Feud is an evening of fun with friends, with an educational twist. Select your team of five (5) students to participate. Registration forms can be found at www.mtsu.edu/leadandserve or in KUC 326-S.

  • TN LeaderShape: CATALYST- October 3, 2008
    LeaderShape CATALYST application>> CATALYST is a one-day LeaderShape experience offered on your campus! This program is for participants who are interested in challenging themselves to go deeper, wider, and farther out in their definition of who they are and where they can have an impact.

    During the one-day CATALYST program, participants will:
    • Examine what it means to “take your own path”
    • Understand how to connect and contribute to organizations they care about
    • Challenge themselves and their organizations to expand opportunities for possibility
