SERVICES: ACADEMIC ADVISING
Off-Campus Student Services does preliminary advising for students
and we refer students to the appropriate academic advisor.
Students who have already declared a major in one of the 5
colleges at MTSU are directed to the academic advisors for
the college in which they intend to major.
The
Adult Services Center can help undecided students consider
the various majors at MTSU. An advisor will be assigned to
students who have not declared a major from the Academic
Support Center, located in KUC 324, 898-2339. We also
recommend that students who are undecided go to the Academic
Support Center for career counseling.
Counseling
and Testing Services can help students decide if CLEP
testing is a way for them to earn credits and make faster
progress toward their degrees.
