SERVICES: ADMISSIONS
Off-Campus Student Services provides adult learners with assistance
in gaining admission to the university and with a variety of
other administrative functions.
Admissions:
Catalog and Application Forms
Off-Campus Student Services maintains a supply of undergraduate
and graduate catalogs and application forms for prospective
students. Our hours extend beyond the normal working hours of
Admissions so that adult learners needing these materials may
pick them here. The director of Off-Campus Student Services and
the experienced adult learners working in the office are available
for consultation and encouraging adult learners to apply for
admission.
Financial
Aid: Federal Forms and Scholarship Applications
Off-Campus Student Services maintains a supply of forms for various
types of financial aid and scholarships so that adult learners
may pick them up during our extended hours. Although detailed
information is available only at the Financial Aid office, students
may obtain the Federal forms from Off-Campus Student Services
and submit them electronically at our computers, if need be,
before discussing the details with a financial aid officer.
Scheduling:
Schedule Books
The Scheduling Office sends copies of the schedule books for
each semester to Off-Campus Student Services for distribution
to all students.
Records:
Transcript Requests and Name or Address Changes
Off-Campus Student Services maintains a supply of forms that students
would otherwise need to pick up in the Administration building
during normal business hours. Adult learners can obtain them
during our extended hours.
Drop/Add
Forms Requiring Signature
If a student needs to drop or add courses beyond the deadlines
specified in each semester's schedule book, a signature is required
from the professor and/or the departmental chairman. Off-Campus Student Services makes available the necessary forms to students
during our extended hours.
