SERVICES: INFORMATION
In
addition to the various admissions and
records forms, Off-Campus Student Services maintains a collection
of other university forms and documents.
If
you discover that you need a certain form, call and see if
we have it available. You can also request that the office
in question send the form to Off-Campus Student Services at
Box 646 for you to pick up in 1-2 days during our extended
hours.
