STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: OWLS AWARD NOMINATION

Please complete the following OWLs Awards Nomination form and click the send button before the April 6, 2009 deadline.

You may nominate deserving people for the following awards we will give out at the annual picnic on April 30, 2009:

The Best Juggling OWL - to the student who is juggling the most -- job, family, school, community activities, etc, -- and still able to keep a minimum of 2.7 GPA.

The Best OWL Son or Daughter - for the child who has been the most supportive of an OWL this year.

The Best OWL Spouse - for the spouse who has been the most supportive of an OWL this year.

The Best OWL Family - to the children, parents, siblings, or other family members who have been the most supportive of an OWL this year.

The Best OWL Friend - for the friend who has been the most supportive of an OWL this year.

The Best OWL Professor - for a professor who is particularly supportive of older students.

The Best OWL Volunteer - for a person who serves others in the community or at MTSU while still maintaining job, family, and college work.
