By Legislative amendment of Tennessee Code Annotated 55-21-108, the mandatory fine for disabled/handicapped parking violations has been increased to $200.00. Therefore, by directive of the TBR General Counsel, all TBR State University and Community Colleges have been instructed to comply with State Law. Effective immediately, all MTSU violations for "Disabled Space/Ramp" will be assessed a fine of $200.00.

LOCATION FOR PARKING SERVICES

The Parking and Transportation Services office is located at 1403 East Main Street. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

PARKING LOT CHANGES

Due to construction, several lots have been rezoned. All legal parking areas are designated by signs, painted stripes, or other marks. Be sure to check the posted signs BEFORE you park your automobile. If it is not marked, don’t park!
