Upon payment of all registration fees, students are eligible to receive
a green parking permit. An "access fee" is charged as a part of the registration fees, and a portion of this access fee will go to the Parking and Transportation Services Department for your parking permit.
Please remember to bring photo identification and your license plate number when obtaining your parking permit. Everyone is asked to complete a scan sheet, which includes the license plate number.
Parking and Transportation Services is located at 1403 East Main Street. Our regular office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Office hours will be extended to 6:00 p.m.on August 27 and 28 and on August 31 through September 3, 2009. We will also be open on Saturday, August 29, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Permits are also available at the following locations:
Evening School in room 126 KOM, Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and Off-Campus Student Services located in room 320 KUC, Monday through Thursday until 6:30 p.m.
Disabled permits, motorcycle and Jeep stickers, and visitor permits are ONLY available at Parking Services.
Graduate Assistants and Resident Directors wanting to obtain a white parking permit need go to the Parking Services Office. An additional fee is required in order to obtain a white parking permit.
