Dr. Diane Miller serves as Interim Executive Vice President and Provost at Middle Tennessee State University.
The Division of Academic Affairs provides quality academic programs consistent with the University's mission. To accomplish its mission, the Office of Executive Vice President and Provost provides leadership and management to support instruction, research, public service, and institutional effectiveness.
In addition to providing quality academic programs, the Office of Executive Vice President and Provost provides a variety of support services to faculty and administrators for faculty recruitment/workload, faculty awards/grants, curriculum changes, standing committees administration of and/or assistance with Technology Access Fee funds, allocation of classroom and office space, budgeting and travel,, work order requests, and more. The office oversees a variety of special projects including coordination of implementation of the Academic Master Plan, faculty development, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools' (SACS) reaccreditation.
Our offices are located in room 111 of the Cope Administration Building. Our regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We welcome the opportunity to share information about our division. Contact us with your comments and questions.
