Student Technology Access Fees

NOTICE!

The Instructional Technology Committee has recommended projects for funding for the 2010-2011 fiscal year. These are recommended to the President who recommends to the TBR. If approved by the President and the TBR, funds will be available on July 1, 2010. To review recommended proposals, use the below TAF proposals database. On the search for a TAF proposal page, type in your proposal number or type in recommended in the approved box and 2010 in the year box.

TAF PROCESS
TAF funds are required to be spent in the year collected. Projects are approved by line items, not by dollars. Because projects are not allocated dollars, any savings through the purchase process are collected in the overall TAF accounts and used to balance the TAF accounts at the end of the year. Purchases requested past March may not receive funding. The allocation process used by the committee may be accessed here.
