Instructors collect the SOAR Reflective Document and SOAR Experience Form during the first week of class. (Sudents keep a copy for their records)
Interdisciplinary Studies Majors are dropped from the course during the first week of class if they have not completed the SOAR Experience and provided documentation to instructor. (SOAR experience form with signatures and reflective document)

The SOAR Experience will provide an opportunity for reflection and analysis of teaching and learning issues through the ELED 3050/3070 course.

The Admission to the Teacher Education Interview DOES NOT have to be completed before you enter ELED 3050/3070.

HOWEVER, it is important for you to sign up to be interviewed by the Admission to the Teacher Education Program Interview Panel as soon as possible. This will keep you on target for the Interdisciplinary Studies Program.

Completion of ELED 3050/3070 and Admission to the Teacher Education Program is a prerequisite to ELED 3150, 4010, 4050, 4060, 4110, 4350 and READ 4130.
