All A
Dream
by Kati Hermsdorfer
Yesterday was so wonderful to me
The feeling of your skin up against me
Your undulating body against me
The shadow on the wall of you and me
And all the universe all around me
Has become only you and me
The room surrounding you and me
The bed underneath you and me
"There's a day
outside." The clock reminds me
I forget again as again you touch me
And all the problems and fears that stalk me
Dissipate as I feel you kiss me
Your undulating body up against me
Don't you see what you do to me?
I watch the shadow of you against me
And push you back to watch you look at me
All I know of is you and me
Every happiness then swells within me
I'll be your princess, if you're sure you want me
And you my angel, soar heavens with me
All a dream- your arms enclose me
The bareness of your soul against me
The tender touch of you against me
Yesterday was so wonderful to me
