Benefits of student membership in national SHRM

For $17.50 (since half is paid by our sponsoring professional chapter in Nashville), you get all of the advantages of full professional membership ($160). Graduating members can convert to professional membership for half the price ($80). Subscriptions to HR Magazine, HR News, and "Echoes" (a student newsletter). SHRM Book Service--discounted prices on HR publications. Student members can request bibliographies on HR topics for research assistance. Student members can attend the national conference for a special rate ($100). Student members may qualify for scholarships or awards through SHRM.
