Assignments for Camtasia

1. Create a realtime video of TI-83 with Camtasia Recorder. Use Camtasia Producer to produce as Flash, AVI, and MOV. Explore some of the options such as audio/video, movies size, and watermarks. Use Camtasia Effects to add some Callouts or arrows. Be aware of the different files sizes of each file-type and what compression options effect it.

2. Create a slide-show video with Snag-It. You may do one either with the Virtual TI or by using MathType/Scientific Notebook.

3. Think of some other ways to incorporate Snag-It or Camtasia into your classroom to help students visualize algebra.
