Create a YouTube style video demonstration of a research project or fundamental principle related to your club's discipline.
- Videos should be no longer than five minutes.
- Videos should be rated "G" for general audiences.
- Videos should be fun and informative.
- Videos should be created for an audience who knows NOTHING about your area of study.
All STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) student clubs and organizations at MTSU can enter.
Deadline: 3:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2008
Submit your video on a CD or DVD to Megan Hall, MGB 311.
NOTE: use a standard format (.wmv, .mpeg, .avi) that will play on any standard PC without the need for special software or video/audio codec.
Award Ceremony: See all the qualified* entries. Pizza and popcorn will be served and two winners will be announced:
- STEPMT Choice - selected by the STEPMT committee.
- Student’s Choice - selected by the audience attending the ceremony.
The winning clubs will receive a prize.
* The committee reserves the right to disqualify any video containing objectionable material. Objectionable material includes, but is not limited to: profanity, nudity, violence, and pornography.
