Texas
Historical Commission
(SHPO) offers heritage education materials in the
areas of historic architecture, National Register
properties, oral history, historic farms, objects
and artifacts, and historic sites. Workshops are
offered during the school year for teachers as a
companion to a year-long traveling exhibit, and to
advise teachers on the use of their publications
and materials in the classroom.
