are accepted via phone, fax or on line registrations on or before
July 29, 2009.

to request to be put on a first come-first serve waiting list.
Registrant
fees can be paid no later than August 10th unless special arrangements have been approved by the Board. Conferee and Signficant Other name tags must be worn to all events. Registrants
and Guests are required to adhere to all TLMF, Inc (Foundation).policy.
Refund
or Substitution Policy
Refunds
will be allowed with written explanation of unforeseen circumstance
received on or before
July 29, 2009. Substitutions are allowed
by written request on or before August 10, 2009.

Room Deposit
A deposit
equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual registration.
Such deposit shall serve to confirm the registration for the date(s)
indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or
final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if
notice is received at least twenty four (24) hours prior to arrival
and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged
