The 22nd Annual Tennessee Labor-Management Conference will be held August 12-14, 2009

Significant Other must be accompanied by Conferee to participate in Wednesday morning Prayer Brunch, Wednesday evening Welcome Banquet, Thursday evening Entertainment and Friday morning Recognition Breakfast.

HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS
Special rates apply to higher ed students focused on labor and management relations. Fee includes educational programming only. Student ID required at conference check in. Please contact TNCLMR at 615-895-4166 or email admin@tnlabormgmt.org for specific details and to register.

Conference Policy
Registrations are accepted via phone, fax or on line registrations on or before July 29, 2009.
After July 29, registrants should contact TNCLMR at 615-895-4166 or email admin@tnlabormgmt.org to request to be put on a first come-first serve waiting list.

Registrant fees can be paid no later than August 10th unless special arrangements have been approved by the Board. Conferee and Signficant Other name tags must be worn to all events. Registrants and Guests are required to adhere to all TLMF, Inc (Foundation).policy.

Refund or Substitution Policy
Refunds will be allowed with written explanation of unforeseen circumstance received on or before
July 29, 2009. Substitutions are allowed by written request on or before August 10, 2009.

Organization or personal checks should be made payable to the Tennessee Labor-Management Foundation, Inc. Pleasea mail payment with registrant name(s) listed to the Tennessee Center for Labor-Management Relations at 1313 Old Fort Parkway Suite 300 Murfreesboro, Tennessee. CREDIT CARD
The option to pay via credit card option is available including surcharge of $10 per registrant.

Before July 20, 2009, please make contact with Sheraton Music City Hotel, 615-885-2200, and ask for the TN (not Tennessee) Labor-Management Conference special double room rate of $109.00 plus applicable taxes totalling $127.62. Room Deposit
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual registration. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the registration for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least twenty four (24) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
