Microteaching

1.                 Take a lesson from your unit and develop a 15 to 20 minute microteaching session.

2.                 The microteaching should have a beginning (set), procedures/materials, content, probing exercises, summary, and reflection (to be turned in with your personal evaluation).

3.                  Watch the pacing of your time

4.                 State objectives and give the class a copy of your lesson plans for the session.

5.                 During the session remember to provide feedback to learners about progress on the objectives.

The evaluation instrument used for the microteaching will be given in class for you to review.
