As a state branch of the Association of Teachers Educators (ATE), the Tennessee State Association of Teacher Educators (TATE) is dedicated to developing quality teacher education programs that incorporate national initiatives and Tennessee state policies. Membership is comprised of educators who have administrative and teaching responsibilities in this area without regard to title, rank, or size of program. TATE provides leadership in the area of professional teacher education.
