There is an entire chapter with text and activities in The Confident Student. You will probably want to tie in with techniques you have already covered on concentration and stress.

Possible Journal Entries

The reflection questions on page 269 seem to be good journal entries:

Discuss how you feel about taking test in general?

Do you do better on some kinds of tests than others? Which ones? Why?

What method will you use to try to control your anxiety?

 

Follow Up-Assignments

Have student search the internet for additional sources. Be sure to pass these on to other instructors via the listserv and have students pass them on to other students via their listserv.
