The mission of the MTSU Public Safety Department, in partnership with the University community, is to protect life and property, to support the educational mission of the University through maintaining an orderly environment conducive to positive learning experiences, to resolve security problems, and to apprehend law violators in a manner consistent with national law enforcement standards.
