The library was designed to be expandable, flexible, user friendly, efficient to operate. The basic design incorporates an electronic infrastructure, use of outside lighting for the interior spaces, and the use of noisy/quiet zones. The front of the building is noisy, and the back of the building is for quiet study. The building design exceeds ADA requirements.
